These clients worked tirelessly and made great decisions in transforming their shy single story home into an elegant Spanish tile beauty. The resourceful homeowners "Craiglisted" their old redwood deck and existing windows, made elegant decisions, and managed their project decisions very well.
Now the Belle of the Ball and an elegant addition to the neighborhood, this family has been enjoying their new digs, complete with happy dogs, and plenty of breathing room for birthday parties and family celebrations. That old deck? Via Craigslist, the deck was disassembled and gone within two hours of posting. The old windows? Also purchased by a resourceful homeowner who was refurbishing an old shed.
Originally, this kitchen was located in the front portion of the house, adjacent to the garage. The homeowners wanted to relocate the kitchen to the rear of the home, with thoughts of adding a formal dining room in the future. They celebrated their successful escrow with a bottle of wine, a little bruschetta, good cheer.
Freshly installed, this clean, contemporary and highly-functional kitchen now features a U-shaped design, a prep island, black granite countertops and stainless appliances. The homeowners celebrated their newly remodeled home with a great gathering of friends and family, home-made brew, and delicious nosh. (And some super Jello Shots.)
